We are a Managed Service Provider (MSP), which means we take responsibility for the delivery of your IT services. Because each client is unique, we tailor our services to each individual client. Our managed service offerings will consist of at least one of our key services below although many clients choose to benefit from the full range of our capabilities. As a client you'll be given access to our in-house built service desk, Lighthouse. In Lighthouse, you can view your IT Estate, from logged tickets, to method of logged tickets, billing information... the whole works!
