An experienced SDM who has responsibilities for initial service transition as well as maintaining an ongoing relationship with major clients. We have vacancies for SDMs for our syndicated services as well as dedicated client delivery for larger clients.
We are on the lookout for strong 2nd line engineers to join our Service Desk. You will be required to have at least 2 years previous experience in an outsourcing environment and hold current Microsoft qualifications.
We are on the lookout for 24x7 Engineers. You will have 1st line skills and some previous experience. You will want to develop your skills, be self-motivated and willing to work 4 days on, 4 days off on a continental shift pattern (12 hours per shift).
