The Board

Dudley Fishburn
Dudley was appointed as Bluecube's Chairman in 2005. With his valuable expertise in business, Dudley has guided Bluecube's growth and helped to prove our reputation in the market, which has resulted in the acquisition of many prestigious clients.

Sitting on boards such as HSBC Bank and Philip Morris International Inc, Dudley has gained an authoritative knowledge of business. He is Chairman of the Cambridge University Library's visiting committee and is the first Englishman to have served on the board of Harvard University.

Dudley has been Executive Editor of The Economist. He was named "Radical of the Year" for his work reforming Britain's property laws when he served as Member of Parliament for Kensington.

Treasurer of the National Trust for many years, Dudley has brought not only his experiences, but strong corporate governance disciplines.

James Hawker
James Hawker founded Bluecube Technology Solutions in March 2003, after 10 years in the IT systems and recruitment industries.

He has extensive experience of the IT industry, having worked in a variety of organisations, from start-ups through to global players. He has led several major successful bids for global solutions that include the likes of Coca-Cola and IBM.

Under his leadership, Bluecube on average, has grown organically in excess of 50% year on year. As well as a determined focus on the commercial success of Bluecube, James was announced as Bright Sparc Young Technology Entrepreneur of the Year 2008 - an award sponsored by Cranfield University Business Incubation Centre (CUBIC) in recognition for innovation and success.

James is also committed to a number of charitable initiatives that not only provide zero cost or discounted IT solutions to charities, they also extend out to help many thousands of individuals who are actively involved within the charities Bluecube supports.

James Gear
James Gear joined the Bluecube Board in August 2007.

He has amassed over 12 years experience dealing specifically with the SME market place. After graduating from the University of Birmingham he continued his education to an Associate Chartered Management Accountant, whilst managing to find time to play competitive cricket both at home and overseas.

Having lead finance teams in SME's as well as working in global organisations such as Omnicom, Cahoot and BSI, James decided it was time to follow his heart back to the SME environment.

In his role as Financial Director he continues to shape Bluecube's commercial success and stability.
