The Bluecube service desk is your single point of contact for all technical queries. It is important you log everything with the service desk; if we don't know about a problem we cant solve it!

You can log an incident by calling us on +44 (0)845 257 8020 or +1 866 810 3021 or you can use our portal. In order to log into the portal you will need to know your service desk password, your user name is your email address.

Once you are logged into the portal you will be able to create incidents, update incidents and monitor the real-time status of any open incidents.

As soon as an incident is logged with the service desk (by phone or via the portal) one of our qualified engineers will call you back within a few minutes. It is always our intention to resolve any incident at first contact, although there will be times where this is not possible.
